It takes around 5-7 working days to register a company in Zimbabwe. We will conduct an online company name search to determine which of your proposed company names is available for registration and the results will be available within 24 working hours. Yes, you generally need a tax clearance. The Zimbabwean law requires that all newly registered companies to register with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) within 30 days of starting to trade not necessarily after you register a company. A tax clearance confirms that your tax position is satisfactory and you have met all your tax obligations and you are compliant with Zimbabwe’s tax laws.
