Yes you can order this service even if you did not register your company with Company Formations.
Will my company number change?
No. The company number will not change. The company number will probably not change throughout the existence of your company.
What documents will I receive when I convert my PBC to a PLC?
In addition to the special resolutions filed with the registry, you will receive PLC documents which include:
- CR 5 (former CR 6) – list of company addresses
- CR 6 (former CR 14) list of company directors and secretaries
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Certificate of incorporation
What documents will I receive when I convert my PLC to a PBC?
In addition to the special resolutions filed with the registry, you will receive PBC documents which include:
- Statement of incorporation
- Certificate of incorporation
Will the company objectives change?
The objectives of the company will not change. The objective will change through the amendment of memorandum and articles of association service.
