Registering a company with us is a simple process…

Choose package

The first step to registering a company is choosing a company registration package. We have four Private Limited Company registration and four Private Business Corporation packages that is the basic, standard premium and executive packages.

Choose the package that is most suitable for your type of company and your specific requirements.

Make payment

One of our consultants will contact you once we receive your company registration application with an invoice for payment. Once you make payment you will receive your receipt. We have many payment options which include Cash, EcoCach, TeleCash, Zipit, Paypal, World Remit, Mukuru etc.

Review application

We will review your application to correct any errors or ask you to provide more information if needed.

Name search

We will conduct a name search to determine if your proposed names are available for registration.

Signing

We will prepare documents for signing. After preparation, you will sign the company documents at our offices or we will send you the documents via email or any other medium of your choice.

Your company documents will then be filed at the registry for final registration.

The registry normally takes 9-12 working days and might take longer depending on the Companies Registry workload.

We will inform you once your company has been registered. If your order includes a tax clearance it will be processes within 9 working days; first meeting minutes and share certificates within within 24 working hours.
