What are share certificates and are they mandatory?
A share certificate is a document that proves that you own shares in a company. They are often used as proof of ownership. The Companies and Other Business Entities Act requires that every shareholder to have a share certificate after the company has been registered.
What is a company register and is it mandatory?
A company register is a database (booklet) that contains information about your company including issued share capital, number of shares, directors and secretaries etc. Company registers are required of every registered company in Zimbabwe.
Is it possible to buy a starter package and add more service later?
You can add the other services at a later date; however, our services are discounted within our packages and purchasing a more expensive package is a cheaper way of obtaining additional services.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes we offer payment terms. You can pay a deposit of 70% then balance on collection of company registration documents.
