Our simple procedure for company registration

1. Choose company structure

Start by choosing the company structure that suits your needs between a a Private Limited Company or Private Business Corporation structure. This determines the legal structure and registration requirements.

2. Choose package

3. Complete the company registration application form

You will need to spend a few minutes completing your online company registration application form. Please be prepared to provide details of your company’s shareholders, directors, addresses and business activities. Our requirements for company registration will help ensure you have everything at hand. A copy of your application form will be sent in to your email as soon as you submit.

4. Make payment

You can pay for your company package and any additional services through EcoCash, Telecash, One Wallet, Zipit, Bank Transfer, Mukuru, World Remit, Western Union, Money Gram or using credit or debit card. A receipt will be sent to you upon completion of your order, with your order.

5. What happens next

We will carry out a FREE pre-submission review of your company application, before  we prepare the company documents.

We will notify you of any amendments if they are any and after everything is in place we will carryout a name search, prepare all the company documents for signing including the drafting of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and all the CR Forms. You can sign the documents at our offices or we can send the documents to your email or we can organise for home delivery.

After signing, we will then lodge the documents with the Companies Registry for final registration. Company registration usually takes between 5-7 working days and might take more depending on the workload at the registry and we will notify you as soon as the company documents are out.

If you have chosen a package with a tax clearance, we will then submit the documents with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) for tax registration and tax clearance.
