Who are we?

Company Formations specialises in providing a full range of company structures to suit all requirements, from private limited companies (PLC’s) to private business corporations (PBCs). We are a registered Companies Registry partner, and we are able to set up ready-to-trade companies in just 9-12 working days. In addition, we also provide an extensive range of professional company address services.

Why are we providing scholarships?

We fully appreciate how challenging it can be to start a new business – particularly for those who are also studying at university or college. That’s why we have decided to launch a new programme devoted exclusively to helping aspiring young entrepreneurs get their business ideas off the ground.

Our scholarship is open to all students studying at an officially recognised or listed Zimbabwean higher learning or further education institution, and it is specifically designed to supplement each student’s annual income, to enable them to spend more time pursuing and developing a new business idea.

Whether you would like to attend a trade show, invest in new materials for a prototype, or you simply need some financial help to set up your first company, our scholarship seeks to provide you with all the support you need to succeed.

What is the award?

As part of this year’s scholarship, we will award up to 3 students with a bursary of US$1250.00. This is a one-off payment, and should be utilised to further develop each winner’s business concept.

Am I eligible?

The Company Formations scholarship is open to both current and incoming undergraduate or postgraduate students, currently enrolled at an accredited learning institution in Zimbabwe.

Please note: Only full-time international students residing in Zimbabwe will be considered for this scholarship. Exchange students are not eligible to enter.

Additionally, each scholarship applicant must exhibit their determination to start a new business. There is no need to provide us with detailed business projections; however, we do expect a well-researched business proposal that you are genuinely interested in pursuing.
