What information do I need to provide when alloting shares?

What is an annual return and declaration of AGM that should be up to date for the filings to be accepted at the Companies Registry?

An annual return is a document that is filed with the Companies Registry to confirm the details of a company and a declaration of AGM is a document that is filed with the Companies Registry that confirms that a Private Limited Company has held it’s mandatory annual general meeting as instructed by the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31).

These two filings are yearly mandatory filings by all Private Limited Companies registered in Zimbabwe. Failure to file, any amendment, changes or update to your company details will be rejected by the Companies Registry until they are updated.
